First Congregational Church of Cheshire

The First Congregational Church is located on the green in the center of Cheshire, Connecticut, not far from where state Route 10 intersects with state Routes 68 and 70. Our parking lot may be reached by the driveway just south of us on Church Drive, the half-oval in front of the church.

Directions

From the North (from Hartford): Take Route I-91 south to exit 18, which is Route I-691. Follow I-691 to exit 3. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Route 10. Continue about 4 miles to the center of Cheshire. The church green is on the right just past the intersection of Routes 68 and 70 with Route 10.

From the South (from New Haven): Take Route I-91 north to exit 10, which is Route 40. Go to the end of Route 40 and turn right onto Route 10 north. Go about 6 ½ miles to the center of Cheshire. The church green is on the left, across the street from Town Hall.

From the West (from Waterbury): Take Route I-84 east to exit 26. At the end of the ramp, merge right onto Route 70. Go about 4 ½ miles to where Route 70 intersects with Route 10. Turn right, and the church green will be on the right.

From the East (from Meriden/Wallingford): Take Route 69 from Wallingford, or Route 70 from Meriden, west toward Cheshire, where they merge. In the center of Cheshire, where Routes 68/70 intersect with Route 10, turn left. The church green is on the right.
