TV broadcast schedule
First Congregational Church worship services are broadcast as follows:
Sundays at 9 a.m. Comcast channel 27 Towns of New Haven, Hamden and West Haven
Sundays at 11:30 a.m. Wallingford public access channel 99, AT&T/UVerse channel 18
Thursdays at 7 p.m. Cox channel 15 Towns of Cheshire, Plantsville and Southington

REGULAR WORSHIP SCHEDULE:

Sunday services at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Both services are about an hour long. Children attend part of the service and then leave for church school.

NOTE: The first Sunday of each month a "Food Offering" of non-perishable items is collected by the Board of Outreach to give to the Greater Waterbury Interfaith Ministries food pantry. More information can be found on the Outreach and Missions page.

There is a time of fellowship at a coffee hour after each worship service.

The main church, fellowship hall, and Whiting House (next door to the church) are wheelchair accessible. For details of handicap accessibility, click here.

Supervised child care is available for infants through 3 years old during all services.

Summer services (July through Labor Day):
8:00 a.m.  Service in the Chapel.
10:00a.m. Service in the main sanctuary with Nursery/Toddler care. Summer Sunday School: Our one room school house will begin July 3 during the 10 A.M. service  and will be held in rooms 8&9  for any and all children ages 3-grade 3. All other children are invited to worship with their families.

Handicap Accessibility

We are working to make our church accessible to all. At present, we provide wheelchair access to our sanctuary and parish hall level with ramps off the handicap parking spaces at the front of the building. We also have handicap restrooms on that level. In the sanctuary, we have hearing devices and provide large print bulletins.
